Kansas City sits in one of the busiest hail corridors in the country, and we are storm damage specialists first. After a severe storm it is very important to get an experienced roofer out to inspect your home, because roof damage isn't always obvious and you usually can't see it from the ground.
Hail bruises the mat of an asphalt shingle without always cracking the surface, and straight-line wind lifts and creases shingles that look perfectly flat from the driveway. Both shorten the life of the roof, and both are the kind of damage adjusters expect to see documented properly.
Our inspectors photograph the whole roof — field, ridge, valleys, vents, gutters, soft metals and the test squares adjusters look for — and produce a detailed report you can submit with a claim. There is no charge for the inspection or the report.
If the damage is repairable we repair it. If it warrants replacement, we build the claim file, meet the adjuster on the roof, and handle the replacement from tear-off to final cleanup.
