Roof Assessment
Documented evidence your insurer can act on.
A roof assessment is the paperwork version of the inspection: measured, photographed and written up so a third party — an insurance carrier, a lender, a buyer's agent — can act on it without taking anyone's word for it.
Annual roof assessments are very important, especially after a storm. The roofer will create a detailed report that can be submitted to your insurance if you have to file a claim, complete with photos of damage.
Our assessment package includes roof-plane measurements and square footage, photographs of every damaged component, notes on the cause and age of the damage, ventilation and flashing findings, and an itemized scope of the work needed to restore the roof to pre-loss condition.
