Insurance Company Roof Replacement
Carrier-approved replacements, start to finish.
When an insurance company approves a roof replacement, the job comes with a scope, a price and a paper trail attached — and the contractor you hire has to work inside all three. We do this constantly, and we do it without asking you to become the project manager.
We reconcile the carrier's scope against what the roof actually needs, flag missing line items such as decking, drip edge, ventilation, code upgrades or soft metals, and submit supplements with photo support so the approved scope covers a complete, code-compliant roof.
Then we build it: tear-off to the deck, repairs to any compromised sheathing, new underlayment and ice-and-water where required, new flashings, shingles and ridge, and a magnetic sweep of the property.
Final documentation — invoice, material list, warranty and completion photos — goes to your carrier so the remaining funds release without a chase. Your out-of-pocket is your deductible.
