A repair estimate is a different animal from a replacement quote. It has to identify one specific failure, price the labor and materials to correct it, and be honest about whether the repair is a sensible investment in a roof of that age.
We inspect the whole roof for free, then give you a fixed-price repair estimate covering the exact components we'll replace. If a repair will buy you five more years, we'll say so. If it will buy you five more months, we'll say that too.
Where insurance may cover the work, we'll note which line items are storm-related and provide the photo documentation you'd need to submit a claim rather than pay out of pocket.
